In the knowledge base there is one question that I'm sort of unsure about and would like clarification.

What happens to the downline when a member cancels?

Canceled members are given a grace period of 60 days before they are removed from the downline. If they have referrals, those referrals are moved up to the canceled member's sponsor. Any spillover that the canceled member had received will be re-distributed under their sponsors.

Is this happening? because it doesn't seem to be happening in my matrix.

I put in a support ticket on it a week ago but no response yet.

Thanks for a great system
Tom

Hey Tom,

i have the same problem. I have had non paying members since JULY 2009 and they are still on my FIRST level. They should
have been deleted from the matrix...I have also put in a support ticket...

I'd really like to address this issue with Geoff asap and get it solved :) Keep me updated on what happens Tom

Thanks

Dennis

You will be glad to know that your canceled members
Join links will redirect to you.

For example, if I click on one of my inactive npn
downline members free report capture page, it
of course will come up with their name and picture.

But.. here's the good part, if someone tries to join
via one of my inactive members, I get the direct sign-up.

I don't know of any other similar system that does that.
It's great and really gives you piece of mind, especially
if you promote your downline's GlobalNPN link and they
quit on you (been there, done that, got the T-shirt).

Re-directing those links to me is great but what if they go to my 6th or 7th level? I'm not sure that would happen but the non-active members are taking up positions in my matrix to where they might go below my 5th level.

Hopefully this will all be automated soon to where once a month the inactive and canceled members will be taken out and the matrix compressed.

Tom

Hi Tom,

I would have to imagine that the links of those you personally
sponsored would redirect to you if clicked, regardless of what
level.

But I do see what your saying in regards to compression.
