What is the "Ladder System"? How can it work for ME?
What our new ladder system is designed to do, is to create leaders from within your NPN organization and to enable them in creating leaders below them in their organizations. (note: leaders in your downline = $$$$ for you)
The NPN Ladder System is a completely optional sliding commission structure that will allow you to greatly increase your monthly income while staying 100% within your budget, your timeline, and most importantly, your comfort zone.
The last thing we want is for you to be paying a monthly fee above what you can afford, simply because you don't understand how to work the system properly.
This commission structure is not 'replacing' the current NPN payplan, it's a series of 'layers' that are to be built on top of the current NPN pay structure. We're not taking anthing away, just adding to it.
So what you'll see, is this is not only a very powerful income builder, it's also a very strong team builder as well.
What the NPN's ladder system will do, is allow you to instantly jump up to higher earning levels on your referral bonus commissions. It allows you to climb the steps of the ladder as your NPN income grows.
There are no special requirements to upgrade to any level on the ladder. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Here's an example of how it can work...
For example and for simplicity's sake, let's say that you currently have 10 personal referrals, all at the entry level $10.75 per month (called the NPN PRO level). Let's assume also that you're at the $10.75 level as well.

So, at this point, with your 10 referrals at the NPN PRO level, you're earning $50 per month just on referral bonuses. Now, as your referrals start to sponsor their own people (preferrably with your assistance of course), they'll start to earn their own $5 referral bonuses.
You: PRO Level paying $10.75 per month.
Your Referrals: PRO Level paying $10.75 per month
Your Referral Bonus: $50 per month (10 referrals X $5 each)
Once that starts happening for your team, this is where the ladder system starts to kick in. The idea is for you to climb the ladder, always staying at least one step ahead of your referrals, while helping them eventually upgrade to the current level that you're at. This will maximize your earnings and I'll explain how..
Remember, with our example, you're earning $50 per month on your 10 referrals. So your next step is going to be upgrading yourself to the NPN Plus level. Now as your 10 referrals start to get referrals of their own, they're going to want to upgrade as well, and you're hopefully going to encourage them to do so. Here's why...
Once your 10 referrals have each upgraded to the NPN Plus level (which you're already at), your bonus for them has now increased to $10 each, which in total is now earning you $100 per month. Right? 10 referrals at $10 each. So instead of paying $10.75 and earning $50, you're paying just $19.97, but you're now earning $100 every month! Kinda see where this is going??
You: PLUS Level paying $19.97 per month.
Your Referrals: PLUS Level paying $19.97 per month
Your Referral Bonus: $100 per month (10 referrals X $10 each)
Okay, now let's kick it up a notch here,
You have 10 referrals at the NPN PLus level, earning you $100 every month just in referral bonuses, now let's upgrade you again to the NPN Director level. Check this out, you're now earning $15 each for those 10 NPN Plus level referrals. So your NPN Director position is now earning you $150 per month on your referrals that are still one level below you...
You: DIRECTOR Level paying $39.97 per month.
Your Referrals: PLUS Level paying $39.97 per month
Your Referral Bonus: $250 per month (10 referrals X $25 each)
Remember, you don't want your referrals to fall behind. So if their organization continues to grow as well, they're going to want to upgrade as you do. So you're at the NPN Director level, and you get your 10 referrals up to your same level as Director, and now... you're earning $25 for each of your referrals. Your monthly referral bonus has just increased to $250. And look, you're only paying $39.97, and you only have 10 referrals, that all started at just $10.75.
Chances are at this point, you'd have more of your own referrals coming in at the lower levels, still earning you more as you go. And remember that the $250 in referral bonuses I mentioned, doesn't even include the downline commissions, and the 100% matching bonus, so really you're earning even more than that.
Now let's MAXIMIZE your income here..
We'll take this to the top to see where the HUGE money can be made.. When you and your referrals get to the PLATINUM level, here's how things will look for you and your group:
You: PLATINUM Level paying $199.97 per month.
Your Referrals: PLATINUM Level paying $199.97 per month
Your Referral Bonus: $1,500.00 per month (10 referrals X $150 each) + 5-level commissions!!
Now think about those numbers for a minute. You and all your referrals started at just $10.75 per month. You worked with your team, promoted at the lower levels, then encouraged their upgrades as more
members were introduced to the team. If you stayed at the PRO $10.75 level, you'd still be earning just $50 per month. NOW you're earning $1500.00 per month, and you NEVER UPGRADED UNTIL YOU AND

So as you climb your ladder, with your organization following you, you can climb up through NPN Silver, Gold, and ultimately Platinum, which can earn you $150 per referral. And through this whole process, you never have to pay out more than you're currently earning if you don't want to. So Grow your business at your own pace, earn at your own pace, work as a team, and take your NPN business to the next level, one step at a time.
Don't forget, the NPN is still just $10.75 to join, which is a very easy sell. Now it's up to you to take your earnings to the next level, start the upgrade process at least to the NPN Plus level if you're not there yet, talk with your sponsor about it, and get your referrals on board with the whole process..
